This week, Chief Neil Dubord is joined by Nathan Kapler of the Ten Thirty-Three podcast. Nathan went into his career in the RCMP as a positive, motivated and compassionate person. After experiencing trauma in his day to day policing duties, Nathan noticed he was becoming a more cynical, hardened and pessimistic. He kept his emotions bottled up and eventually became paranoid, suffered from insomnia and turned to addiction in an attempt to suppress his pain.
