Salaries, Benefits and Vacation

As an experienced officer, your salary, leave entitlement and benefits will correspond with your experience. Members start with approximately 7 blocks of leave in Delta.

As confirmed with the Municipal Pension Corporation, current RCMP members can transfer their pension to the Delta Police Department. Unfortunately recruiters cannot provide any further advice with regard to pensions and pension transfers. Please visit the BC Pension's website and seek advice from the administrator of your existing pension.
