Our Administrative policies, such as budget processes and training requirements, are available online. Policies related to police operations are not available for security reasons.

 

Administrative Policies

The Delta Police Department’s Administrative Policies posted below do not represent the Department’s entire Policy and Procedures Manual. Operational Policies are currently not posted, as they may contain information that, if disclosed, could harm the effectiveness of policing operations, procedures or techniques. Until they have been prepared for collective public posting, individual policies, subject to redactions, may be requested through a 'Freedom of Information' request (see under 'SERVICES' below).
