Delta BC – File 2024-15755 –
A 32-year-old Surrey man, Sahib Punia, has been charged with allegedly assaulting a police officer as a result of an August 22nd, 2024, incident.
At approximately 6:30 pm on August 22nd, Delta Police Department (DPD) officers responded to the report of an impaired driver at Hwy 17 and 80th Street.
