Police Seek Witnesses and Dashcam Footage

Delta, BC – The Delta Police are seeking witnesses to a fatal pedestrian collision that occurred on Friday, March 6th, 2026, at approximately 2:30 p.m. 

Police responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision in which a pedestrian on a mobility scooter was struck near 10th Ave and 54A Street in Tsawwassen. The collision occurred as a vehicle was entering a parking lot in the area. A 68-year-old female pedestrian sustained serious injuries and, despite lifesaving efforts by first responders, later succumbed to those injuries. 

Police have confirmed the vehicle involved in the collision was a white Kia Soul compact crossover. 

Investigators are seeking witnesses to the incident and are asking anyone who has dashcam or CCTV footage to please get in touch with Delta Police at 604-946-4411 and provide file # 2026-4140.
