The process for making a complaint is:
- Review the Registered Complaint form and the Question or Concern form in order to decide which type of form best addresses your issue.
- Send the completed form via e-mail, mail, fax or by personal delivery to the Delta Police Department or directly to the Office of the Police Complaint Commissioner at https://www.opcc.bc.ca/form/index.asp
If you require assistance with filling out a Registered Complaint form or a Record of Question or Concern from the Public form, you can contact any on-duty Delta Police Department Professional Standards investigator. Immediate assistance can also be obtained through contact with the on-duty patrol supervisor, or senior constable 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
